Absolutely not. We will never charge for an estimate for any reason. We are happy to provide excellent service to the wonderful resident of St. Louis and surrounding areas.
We accept a variety of payments such as cash, check, Debit/Credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
We monitor the weather pretty closely and we can make it during light rain conditions but may have to reschedule during bad storms, in which case we will contact you to reschedule.
I try to have your estimate ready the same day but may take up to 48 hours depending on the scope of work that is needed. We pride ourselves sending estimates in a timely manner because we know that your time is valuable.
When I completed with your estimate, I will have it sent directly to your email that you provided above.
When you fill out the above form, I will reach out to directly using your preferred method of contact.
I will then reach out and schedule a time that works with your schedule so I can meet you at the property and you can show me what needs to be done. I will then take pictures of the problem areas so I can attach them to the estimate.
I will also answer any questions that you may have any any time. I will let you know everything that needs to be done, so that you feel 100% confident in what I will be doing. You can also reach out to me at anytime, and I will get back to you as soon as I can with the answer.
When I get back to the office, I create the estimate and attach all the pictures I took so that it shows everything that will be done.
